Carl C. Landinger, consultant, is a BSEE graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee Wisconsin. Prior to this he was Director of Technology for Hendrix Wire and Cable, Director of Technology for Conductor Products Inc. and Manager of Insulated Conductor Engineering for ALCOA Conductor Products Company. In these positions he was involved in the design, application engineering, quality assurance, testing and research and development of insulated wire and cable. Prior to this he was Chief Engineer of Wis. Elect. Cooperative Assoc. Engineering providing complete consulting services, including fault location, for electric cooperatives and held numerous technical positions at Wis. Electric Power Co. including overhead, underground and customer substation design as well as standards and specifications. He is a registered Prof. Engineer in Louisiana, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Fred H. von Herrmann, BSEE from Georgia Tech, two years U.S. Army Ordnance, 30 years experience in high voltage testing equipment design, manufacturing supervision, and application, guest instructor at many courses on high voltage testing and cable fault locating, past Chairman of ASTM F18.40 Subcommittee on Personal Protective equipment (gloves & sleeves), Past Chairman of ANSI A92.2 Subcommittee (vehicle mounted aerial lifts), registered Professional Engineer, President VON Corporation.
